How to make Marble Paper weight

Material and tools

Broken pieces of marble (crazy cuts)
Sand paper nos 36, 100, 180
Edger with blade attachment
Quick Drying Enamel Paints
Chisel
Flat iron
pencil
razor blade
kerosine(petrolium gas)
News Paper
Pattern (square, oblong, circle

Procedure:

1Draw the pattern design onto the slab of marble.
2Use the Edger with blade with blade attachment. Cut out the marble 3design. Make sure you cut the pattern accurately.
4Sand the marble using #36 sand paper. Then #100 then #180 for final 5polishing. You can inscribe anything depending on your intent.
Use chisel and flat iron to carve the design to the marble.
Carve with care.
Color the carve out design. clean the excess paint.

how to make a moulding

prepare an alginate impression. this is the powder to use as a mould.

next prepare your the material to mould.

mix the powder with water for about 5 sec.

place the material to mould to the mixture.

wait for 2 minutes to dry mould.

get the material out of the moulding.

and you are now ready to place plaster of paris.

allow plaster of paris to dry.

and now your done.

How to make a cut -able layout

Get a jpeg file of layout you want to cut.

import to corel draw.

trace the jpeg file. make sure that the picture can be converted to vector graphics.

Photo Engraving How to

process for photo engraving.

1.) create your art work to engrave.

2.) prepare bathing kahon for uv bathing.

engraving glue
sentisizer
gintian violet or stamp pad ink.
chrome wire for drying glue.
angular post for balancing glue on metal surface

3.) preparing your original or master copy for engraving

4.) print your art work.

5.) prepare negative

6.) mix some engraving glue and sentisizer into mixing container.

7.) Clean brass.

8.) mount media onto the angular post. pour glue onto the front surface of the media.

9.) after already balance the glue. align with the chrome wire to dry glue
and continue to turn art work until dry.

10.) place your master copy(negative) on top of the media. exposed to uv light for several seconds.

11.) after place art work in water with ink and clean surface for unwanted prints.

dry art work if done right..

12.) art work is now ready for engraving.

13.) prepare a tub of chemical for engraving.

14.) check art work if already engraved.

adobe color separation

1.) Open adobe photoshop.2.) Make a new document; color mode is CMYK 600 dpi.3.) Import or place image you want to print.4.) Add text on the image if necessary.5.) flatten image if already done.6.) Goto CHANNEL and click > (drop down menu) so you can find split cahnnel. select split channel.
7.) You can now see four documents of gray scale and different channels.8.) select Untitl_C. menu>image>mode>bitmap. Resolution output 600 pixels. Method use is Halftone Sreen. press ok. Halftone screen frequency 63 lines/inch angle 75 degrees shape round and press ok and save file.9.) select Untitl_m. menu>image>mode>bitmap. resolution output 600 pixels. Method use is Halftone Sreen. press ok. Halftone screen frequency 63 lines/inch angle 15 degrees shape round and press ok and save file. 10.) Select untitl_y.menu>image>mode>bitmap. resolution output 600 pixels. Method use is Halftone Sreen. press ok. Halftone screen frequency 63 lines/inch angle 105 degrees shape round and press ok and save file. 11.) Select untitl_b. menu>image>mode>bitmap. resolution output 600 pixels. Method use is Halftone Sreen. press ok. Halftone screen frequency 63 lines/inch angle 45 degrees shape round and press ok and save file. 12.) Print files.
Wonder why i change the angle so that i will look better on t-shirt printing.

How to develop a negative

things to remember:

You have a dark room.
chemicals to use: fixer, developer, hardener.

Processing the exposed film.
put a developer on the basin.
Put a fixer on another basin.
Put water on another basin.

next step is put the exposed film onto the developer basin
It must be submerge to the developer until exposed side of the film is visible.
next step get the film from the developer basin to the fixer basin.
It must be submerge also. wait for 20 sec.
next step get the fiml from the fixer basin to the water basin. submerge to water to rinse the film.

color separation can be done on Adobe Photoshop CS2. It is useful in pre-press preparation, cmyk t-shirt printing and etc.
